MPH Distance Education: Online admission process has started for Master of Public Health distance education course for the current academic session 2026-27. Interested students can apply by filling the admission form and paying registration fees ranging between INR 500/- to INR 1500/-. The last date to submit application form for MPH distance education is 30th April 2026*. MPH distance education is a 2 year UG course that focuses on the study of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental & Occupational Health, Health System Management and Social & Behavioral Health, etc. 

Students can avail this course from top universities across India like NIMHANS, JIPMER, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, IGNOU, Amity University, etc. To be eligible applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field with a 50% mark (45% for reserved category) from an approved university. Selection of the students will be done through their previous academic performance and entrance exam scores as per the university requirements. Master of Public Health course fees are different in both private and government universities, ranging between INR 25,000/- to INR 85,000/- per year.

The registration form will be available on the university admission portal with a processing fee ranging between INR 500/- to INR 1500/-. The last date of MPH Distance learning will be 30 April 2026 at top colleges like IGNOU, Amity and more. The process includes filling the admission form, attaching all the required documents and submitting it before the given deadline. This course is available at PG level for the duration of 2 years with 4 semesters. It is recognized by the UGC and is offered in regular mode only. 

Most universities provide direct admission based on the student’s performance in the qualifying examination. However, many top universities require applicants to have valid entrance exam scores like CUET PG or NEET PG. Generally there is no maximum age limit, though students must be the age of 17 or 18 years old. Some universities may require students to appear for physical verification of the documents and pay the program fee to finalize the admission.
