IPU Distance Education Admission 2026
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University distance education is inviting all the eligible students to apply for admission to their desired program for the 2026 academic year. Before starting the admission process, applicants have to visit the digital locker and create their ABC ID and APAAR ID. IPU offers UG Honours courses like BA, BBA, BCOM, B.Tech for the duration of 4 years and PG courses like MCA, M.Tech, M.ARCH, M.Design for 2 years.
To become eligible, students must have basic educational qualifications like passing 10+2 and holding a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Admissions will be based on the merit score of the qualifying examination(+2), entrance tests like CET, CUET, NLT and courses specific entrance exams.

IPU Distance Education UG Admission 2026
Students can apply for various UG programs like B.Des, B.Tech, BBA, BA, B,Arch, etc for the academic session 2026 at IPU Distance Education. All these honour courses are provided for the duration of 4 years with 8 semesters. However some courses like MBBS, BDS, are offered for the course period of 5 years. IPU Distance education requires students to pass 10+2 or equivalent examinations in any stream with at least 50% mark(45% for SC/ST category) from approved boards.
Admission to UG courses requires students to pass entrance exams like CUET UG 2026, CET or NLT, though some courses may require specific entrance tests like etc. IPU distance education charges a total annual course ranging between INR 1,14,150/- to INR 2,71,450/-.
