AMU Distance Education Admission 2026
Aligarh Muslim University registration for distance learning courses will be held online for the 2026 academic session. Before starting the admission process, students have to read the instruction, eligibility criteria and registration process. AMU-CDOE offers BA and BCOM programmes at UG level, and MLIS, MCOM, MBA, MA at PG level. Including diploma and certificate courses with diverse specializations in ODL mode.
Studies material and all the instruction will be provided in either Hindi, English or Urdu as per the student’s preference. AMU Distance Education UG Admission 2026
CDOE, of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) offers bachelor degree courses with numerous specializations in distance learning mode. Programs include BCOM and BA in Urdu, Political Science, History, Hindi, Economics and Communicative English. The minimum duration of these courses are 3 years with 6 semesters and maximum duration is 8 years with 16 semesters. The medium of instruction will be either Hindi, English or Urdu as per the availability.
To be eligible for admission, students must have completed and passed their 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board. There is no entrance examination as admission is solely based on the merit performance of the students in the qualifying examination. The UG total course fee of AMU distance education will range around INR 25,800/- to INR 28,800/-. as per the university regulations, there is an upper age limit for any bachelor degree course.

The Centre of Distance and Online Education of Aligargh Muslim University is inviting eligible students to apply for postgraduate degree courses for the academic session 2026. The minimum course duration is 2 years with 4 semesters and maximum duration is 5 years with 10 semesters.
